The quilt was presented to the DOC Secretary and staff on March 22nd, 2010.  The quilt will then be circulated among six district offices. Hundreds of purple leaves have been made (purple is the designated color representing domestic violence), upon which will be written the names of violence victims at the District offices.  The quilt will be returned to to Frayed Edges, and the "named" leaves will be appliquéd on.  The quilt will be hung on display in the Capitol for a time.
