The big hall where the group convenes is in the basement -- the door is
"round-back" from the parking area, facing the corner of the
intersection of Timberlane and Timberlane School Road.

Business meeting (announcements by President, Officers,
Committee Chairs, etc.) by followed
by the door prizes drawing, Block of the Month drawing, Show and Tell, and

HOSPITALITY DUTIES
Each month members who have birthdays within that month bring a
refreshment, and a few must help with set-up and
clean-up. See linked
page for details on set-up and clean-up. Dishes may include a home baked goodie, or crudité. Drinks are provided by the guild.
