Invite from the Welcome Committee Chair, Ann Gaber
Anyone who has joined the guild in the last year or so or even longer ago is invited to my home for an informal gathering to ask questions and share
interests in order to better understand what the various elements of Quilters Unlimited are.
Ann says that she “found it difficult to make sense of all the names of members, sit and stitch groups, challenges, shows, and projects.” If you feel the same way, or even if you just want to get better acquainted, please come!
The tentative plan is to meet at my home on Thursday, April 17 from 5:30 until 7:00. I will serve beverages and light snacks. You may contribute a snack, if you wish, of course.
If you have a project in progress or completed to show, it is a great opportunity to ask questions and share methods or thoughts on them.
RSVP, if possible, but last-minute decisions are ok too.
Challenge Reveal and Voting: Annual Challenge Quilt Reveal – It’s time for unveiling of the quilts in our “A Walk in the Woods” Challenge. Come to view the quilts up close and cast your ballot to award prizes to our quilt makers and hear the inspiration behind their creations as we reveal who made each quilt.

It’s Party Time! Join us at a potluck dinner to celebrate another fabulous year of Quilters Unlimited. We will have a great time chatting with fellow quilters, awarding our Volunteer of the Year and passing the torch to our 2026 Officers.
Please bring a dish to share. Beverages will be provided.
To respect Temple Israel’s traditions, please remember:
- No pork (no bacon)
- No shellfish
- Meat and dairy items can’t be in the same dish (no cheeseburgers). But meat (except pork) and dairy are welcome as long as they are served separately.
