The Guild had an excellent library and dedicated volunteer librarians until October 2026. By then, the space required and the time and effort involved in storing and toting books to and from meetings no longer made sense. Members were finding whatever they needed on the internet, and the library was getting very little use.
Those books that held any interest for guild members were sold to them for $2 each. Those that remained (the vast majority) were donated to the public library.
