Here are the BIG dates to remember:
- QUILT APPLICATION DEADLINE: July 13 by 5 p.m. Link to application. Details about the LeMoyne Arts Show
- QUILT DROP OFF: August 15 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and August 16 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. You may have a friend drop off your quilts.
- OPENING RECEPTION: August 21, 5 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. BRING FINGER FOODS BY 4:45
- MUFFINS, MIMOSAS AND QUILTO: August 23, 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- ARTIST TALK: September 4, 6 p.m. Sue Isaac will update a lecture on “Modern Quilts”
- QUILT PICK-UP: September 22 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. and September 23 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. You may have a friend pick up your quilts.
- SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER to provide donation/opportunity tickets during the exhibit. L
- If no one signs up, no tickets will be sold. LeMoyne staff are not responsible for taking
- ticket donations.
- There are only 2 shifts of 3.5 hours/day. We only need 1 person per shift. At special
- events (opening, gallery talk and QUILTO) extra slots have been added.
- You MAY bring something to work on while you sit and volunteer.
